The incumbent will function as the FEDLINK Fiscal Supervisor (Head, Fiscal Operations of A/R & A/P).  The incumbent is responsible for managing and coordinating the FEDLINK Accounts Receivable and Account Payable Section.

The incumbent will interface with FEDLINK members including federal library managers, financial representatives and/or federal agencies administrators regarding terms and conditions of the interagency agreements, account balances, and accounting practices for several different fiscal years, and provide guidance and direction to member agencies regarding accounting and contracting policies and procedures. This position is located in the FEDLINK Division, FEDLINK Fiscal Operations Section, National Enterprises Directorate, National and International Outreach.
