DEFINITION AND SCOPE
Fields 260 and 360 are used to record information about
unauthorized forms of subject headings, different authorized
forms of subject headings, and other variants not chosen as the
authorized form when the relationships cannot be adequately
conveyed by one or more simple cross references. For more
