$d - Plate or publisher's number for music (Pre-AACR 2)
Plate number or publisher's number assigned to printed music. Subfield $d is only used in bibliographic records created according
to pre-AACR 2 cataloging rules. Pre-AACR 2 records for music generally do not include ISBD(M) punctuation. For records created
according to AACR 2, these numbers are recorded in field 028 (Publisher Number).
