For instance, for computer files, organization and arrangement information may be the file structure and sort sequence of a file; for visual materials, this information may be how a collection is arranged.

Manner in which the described materials are subdivided into smaller units, such as how record groups are divided into series and series into subseries. For computer files, contains information about the file structure or the name of the computer software or system.
Individual unit titles may be entered in this subfield. When the organization is dependent on the software of a particular data base management system, the name of the software or the system is given.
