Information about equipment that is available from the community information entity for use outside of the entity. Information about equipment one can use inside the community information entity is given in subfield $e (Equipment available) of field 311 (Meeting Rooms and Facilities Available).
For instance it may give information as to equipment (e.g., a camera) one can rent and take home to use.
$a - Type of equipment
Information as to the type of equipment that is available. It may also contain general information regarding equipment that is available for use.

Information about accommodations for people with disabilities associated with the equipment. Perhaps special pieces of equipment are available for use by people with disabilities.

$p - Contact person
Name of the person or the source to contact for scheduling the use of the equipment or for additional information.
