Volunteer Opportunities

To best serve more than 1.7 million visitors each year, we rely on more than 300 volunteers to greet and assist visitors, guide researchers, and give tours.

Accessibility

The Library buildings are fully accessible. A limited number of wheelchairs are provided at the Jefferson Building ground floor information desk.
