Registration of object identifier for XML 1.0 and XML 1.1 record syntaxes.

Background:
XML OID 1.2.840.10003.5.109.10 identifies record syntax XML, but no specific version is implied; it could be either XML 1.0 or XML 1.1 (or a later version).

Note: At the time of this proposal, there are only two versions of XML, 1.0 and 1.1. At the time 1.2.840.10003.5.109.10 was assigned, the only XML version was 1.0.

Proposal:
1.2.840.10003.5.109.10.1.0 to be assigned, to mean XML 1.0
1.2.840.10003.5.109.10.1.1 to be assigned, to mean XML 1.1

( 1.2.840.10003.5.109.10 to continue to mean xml -- no specific version)

Resolution: Approved, 2005.
