Z39.50-2001 is being prepared for draft ballot. It incorporates ZIG-approved defect reports, amendments, clarifications, commentaries, implementor agreements editorial changes at the discretion of the editor, and other miscellaneous changes. The current draft (see below) represents near-final text of the ballot version. It incorporated changes suggested at the October ZIG meeting, and includes several new appendices.
