positionally-defined, coded data elements that describe
accommodations provided for people with disabilities. Each
defined character position contains either a code or a fill
character (|). Code n (Not applicable), when it is defined for
a data element, indicates that the character position
definition does not apply to the entity. Physical
accommodations information may be described textually in field
575 (Accommodations for the Disabled Note).
