Information about meeting rooms or other facilities associated with the community information entity that are available for use by others. Coded availability information may be contained in field 008/11 (Fixed-length Data Elements/Meeting rooms and facilities available).

Physical description of the meeting room or facility. Capacity information is recorded in subfield $d.

$e - Equipment available (NR)

Information as to equipment that is available for use at the community information entity, e.g., slide projectors, blackboards, etc. Information as to equipment that is available for use outside of the community information entity is given in field 312 (Equipment Available).

$g - Special restrictions (NR)

Special restrictions regarding the rental or use of the meeting room, facility, and/or equipment.

$m - Miscellaneous information (NR)

Information that is not more appropriately contained in another defined subfield.
